$250 reservation deposit to hold the unit (Non-refundable) |

Balance of rental fees are due 6 weeks prior to arrival |

$300 Damage deposit will be placed on a credit card at time of arrival. This is released within 14 days after departure with no damage to the home |

Check-in time is after 4pm; Check-out is no later than 10am |

No refunds within 6 weeks of arrival |

Absolutely NO pets or smoking inside the property |

Occupancy is limited to no more than 2 people per bedroom and 2 on a sleeper sofa |

Florida State Law requires that all rentals are subject to a 13% sales & tourism tax |

The spa is heated at a charge of $10 per night from November through May |

Grills: Property
manager can supply a barbeque
and gas for $45/week |
